The Andis proclip excel 5 speed clipper has a powerful rotary motor that varies from 2,500-4,500 cutting strokes per minute for precision cutting. Use the clipper at lower speeds for cooler running around sensitive areas and pets that are fearful of clippers. Switch to higher speeds for clipping through densely matted, thick coats or to speed up work. Contoured to fit comfortable in the hand, the 12.5-oz clipper is wrapped in a rubberized anti-slip housing for soft grip and safety. It is compatible with all UltraEdge, CeramicEdge and ShowEdge blades and comes equipped with a CeramicEdge #10 blade.
