Ship 10 or more blades and or scissors and we'll pay the return shipping up to $12. If you order new products to be sent back with them you pay only the shipping difference.
Shipping discount service will be by Economy UPS or Expedited mail. If you require faster shipping we will charge you the difference. Shipping discount does not include COD charges if you require them.
